About

Built for the
transformation era.

GenovateAI exists because the gap between AI ambition and AI value is a structural problem — and structural problems require a different kind of firm.

The Thesis

Enterprise AI fails at the intersection of strategy, execution, and accountability — not at the technology layer.

AI transformation stalls when strategy, architecture, engineering, and ownership are separated. Consultants bring frameworks, vendors build to spec, and internal teams often lack the cross-functional authority to drive decisions — so pilots stall short of production, across every industry, geography, and enterprise size.

GenovateAI was built on a different model: operators with C-suite accountability sit inside the engagement, a production AI platform runs every deliverable, and every recommendation is accountable to the production result. Strategy, engineering, and venture capability — unified under one operating model, owned by the client.

01

Operator accountability

Every engagement is led by executives who have held the roles they're advising on. CTO. CPO. CIO. GM. The mandate extends to outcomes, not deliverables.

02

Platform-native execution

Meta3Agents supports our engagements as the governed workflow and evidence layer — and where appropriate becomes the system your team operates after we leave.

03

Outcome discipline

We apply investment-grade rigour to every AI initiative: capital allocation, ROI portfolio, and risk weighting — accountable to the production result. For the rare opportunity worth spinning out, Meta3Ventures can build alongside it, always optional.

Vision

A world where AI creates compounding value — not consulting invoices.

Enterprises deserve a firm willing to put skin in the game — for selected venture-scale opportunities we stake our own capital on the outcome. The advisory model that separates strategy from execution from ownership is structurally misaligned with how AI value is actually created.

Mission

To turn AI decisions into production systems — and the best ones into funded companies.

We engage as operators, deliver as engineers, and — selectively — invest as venture builders, aligning financial incentives to your outcomes wherever we do.

Values

What we actually operate by.

01

Operators first

We advise from seats we've held — CTO, CPO, CIO, GM. No hypothetical frameworks. Every recommendation comes from having done it.

02

Radical honesty

If the answer is 'don't build this,' we say it. We'd rather lose an engagement than cost you $3M on the wrong bet.

03

Skin in the game

When the work reveals a venture, Meta3Ventures can invest alongside it — upside tied to your outcomes, not billable hours. Always optional.

04

Ship over slides

We stay accountable to production, not to a deck. The difference is owning the outcome until the system ships — not methodology.

Leadership & Team

The people behind the operating model.

GenovateAI brings together senior operators, AI engineers, and venture builders — all with production track records. Every engagement is staffed from this core, extended by a strategic technology network — senior relationships across the AI & cloud ecosystem — matched to your industry and challenge.

Liron built the operating thesis behind GenovateAI from 25+ years of C-suite experience — not as a management consultant observing companies from the outside, but as the executive inside the room making the decisions. Across six technology companies spanning VoIP, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, IoT, and AI — from early-stage through IPO and acquisition — the same strategic gap appeared repeatedly: enterprises with AI ambition and no decision architecture to act on it. GenovateAI is the institutional answer to that gap.
